The proposed project involves construction of a new 49,538 square foot warehouse on a 2.56-acre site at the southeast corner of North Avenue and Vista Pacific Drive, with vehicular access from Vista Pacific Drive.
Ganddini Group prepared a Local Transportation Assessment, a noise impact analysis, and a combined air quality, greenhouse gas, and energy impact analysis in support of the project’s review with the City of Oceanside.
The studies found the project would generate traffic below the City’s CEQA screening threshold, operate at acceptable levels of service with no improvements required, and result in less-than-significant noise and air quality impacts.
The project has since been constructed and is currently operational.
