The 1.16-acre project site is designated Medium Density Residential in the City of Fullerton General Plan Community Development Plan. The project site is currently developed with two single‐family detached residential dwelling units. The proposed project involves demolishing the two existing single‐family detached residential dwelling units and constructing 19 multi-family attached residential dwelling units (comprised of two‐ and three‐story townhomes). The proposed project site plan is illustrated on Figure 2. Ganddini Group prepared traffic, noise, and air quality/greenhouse gas impact analyses to support Categorical Exemption under CEQA.
