The proposed project involved demolition of existing industrial uses on a 4.74-acre site at 901 and 1001 East 3rd Street and construction of a 101,690 square foot industrial building, with truck access designed as one-way in and out (inbound at the east driveway, outbound at the west) to separate truck and passenger vehicle circulation.
Ganddini Group prepared a traffic impact analysis, a noise impact analysis, and a combined air quality, greenhouse gas, health risk assessment, and energy impact analysis in support of the project’s review with the City of Corona.
The studies found no significant traffic, noise, or air quality impacts, with standard construction best management practices sufficient to keep the project in compliance.
The project has since been constructed and is now known as 959 East 3rd Street, a Class A distribution warehouse.
