Bellflower Mixed Use

The project site is located on the west side of Bellflower Boulevard between Mayne Street and Oak Street in the City of Bellflower, California. The project site is currently developed with a public parking lot and commercial retail adjacent to Bellflower Boulevard. The proposed project consists of redeveloping the project site with a vertical mixed-use development consisting of 91 multifamily dwelling units, a four-screen art house movie theater, and approximately 5,400 square feet of street-facing commercial retail and restaurant land uses (3,025 square feet of commercial retail and 2,375 square feet of fast casual restaurant). Ganddini Group prepared a traffic impact analysis for the project.
