The proposed project involves demolishing the existing 1,010 square foot In-N-Out restaurant located at 815 Bristol Street in the City of Santa Ana, California and constructing a new 1,794 square foot In-N-Out restaurant. The proposed expansion will add a second grill to expand kitchen power and increase drive through window throughput, improve on-site parking and stacking capacity for the drive through lane, and add an outdoor dining area. Ganddini Group prepared a traffic analysis that evaluates potential traffic impacts to off-site roadways in the project vicinity, on-site access and circulation, and drive through lane queuing.
