The project site is located at 14534‐14536 Burbank Boulevard in the City of Los Angeles, California. The project site is currently developed with a seven-bedroom, five-bathroom structure currently being used as a multi-family residence. The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing multi-family residence and the construction of a four-story senior affordable housing residential building with 55 units and a subterranean parking level. Ganddini Group prepared noise and air quality/greenhouse gas impact studies for both short-term construction and long-term operational impacts associated with the project.
