The project site is located south of Huntington Drive between Atlantic Boulevard and Stoneman Avenue in the City of Alhambra, California. The project site is currently developed with an existing Twohey’s diner and an existing In-N-Out Burger restaurant. The proposed project involves demolition of the sit-down restaurant, construction of one new building with four units for retail/restaurant uses, and roadway modifications to improve site access and circulation. Ganddini Group prepared a traffic and parking analysis for the project.
