The approximately 7 acre project site is located southwest of Highway 111 and Jefferson Street in the City of Indio and is generally bounded by Jefferson Street to the east, the La Quinta Evacuation Channel to the north/west, and the Miraflores residential community to the south. The project site is proposed to be developed with 189 affordable housing units and a 10,000 square foot office. The project site is proposed to provide a total of 282 on-site parking spaces.
