The project site is located at 2812 N. Rokeby Street and 2771/2775 W. Rowena Avenue in the Silver Lake community of the City of Los Angeles, California. The project site is currently developed with a one‐story commercial building and a single‐family residence. The project proposes to demolish the existing buildings and construct a mixed‐use five‐story building with 39 apartment dwelling units including five affordable housing apartment units and 1,400 square feet of ground‐floor commercial. Ganddini Group prepared technical impact studies for noise and air quality, including a health risk assessment, for the project.
