The project site is generally located along both sides of Orange Avenue between Iowa Street and Alabama Street in the City of Redlands, California. The project proposes to develop the 21.84 acre project site with 328 apartment dwelling units and a 14,663 square foot clubhouse. The southern portion of the site will include a passive park area with shaded rest areas and trails. Ganddini Group prepared technical impact studies for traffic, noise, and air quality/greenhouse gas and provided support throughout the public review process, including responses to extensive public comments and multiple public hearings.
