The project site is located within the existing Serramonte Center Shopping Mall in the City of Daly City, California. The proposed project involves redeveloping the northeast parking area to construct a new 5,000 square foot fast-food restaurant with drive through window and a new 2,500 square foot coffee shop with drive-through window. Ganddini Group prepared a drive through queuing and circulation analysis for each of the new buildings, including queuing surveys at representative existing facilities in the region to determine the anticipated demand for the proposed developments.
