The one acre project site is located at 3550 East Main Street in the City of Ventura, California. The proposed project involves demolition of an existing 2,125 square foot restaurant and construction of a new approximately 3,000 square foot Starbucks restaurant with drive through window. Ganddini Group prepared a traffic impact analysis for the project, including identification of a recommended access configuration out of three possible alternatives that were evaluated.
