The project site is located within the existing Winston Manor Center located at the southwest corner of Hickey Boulevard and El Camino Real in the City of South San Francisco, California. The proposed project involves demolition of an existing 6,500 square foot full service restaurant and the construction of a new building to provide a total of approximately 4,800 square feet of limited service restaurant and 2,200 square feet of café/bistro land uses. Ganddini Group prepared a trip generation analysis to document the net change in traffic generated by the project site between existing and proposed conditions.
