The approximately 4-acre project site is located east of Crater Drive and north of Highway 74 near Lake Elsinore in unincorporated County of Riverside, California. The proposed project involves the construction of approximately 15,000 square feet of flex-type/incubator industrial office space and 31,000 square feet of self-storage facilities. Ganddini Group prepared a preliminary traffic assessment, air quality, global climate change, and energy impact analyses for the project.
