The approximately 10.2-acre project site is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Tina Way in the City of Stanton. The project site is currently developed with 112 dwelling units of multi-family housing, 110 dwelling units of which are currently occupied. The project proposes to demolish the existing structures and construct 161 dwelling units of affordable, multi-family housing and a 2,300 square foot pre-school facility. Ganddini Group prepared a traffic impact analysis for the proposed development.
