The 4.74-acre project site is located at 901 and 1001 East 3rd Street in the City of Corona, California. The project site is currently developed with vacant industrial buildings proposed to be demolished. The proposed project involves construction of a new approximately 102,000 square foot industrial building. Ganddini Group prepared traffic, noise, air quality, greenhouse gas, health risk assessment, and energy impact analyses for the project.
